Anderson WDH

I believe the EQ hitch is great just like the Anderson. They both would work.

The difference for me at least is the Anderson does not require grease and is light to take off and on. It is easier...

Just took a trip from Nogales, az to south rim of Grand Canyon and back. 28.5 average doing speed limit. Not bad for a 4 x 4 unloaded.

Yes sir!

Averages 17 mpg towing. Has no issues entering highway or high elevation.

I tow at 60 or 65 mph on the highway.

Not what you asked but here is what I did with my Anderson WDH

Anderson kit 3350.

Welded on brackets.

Propane cover slips right over welded brackets.

Lots of miles and no issues.

I am no expert but I check brakes annually so the bearings get inspected and greased at the same time just to avoid more work.

As to the rest of the rig I found the Bigfoot manual helpful along...

My 21fb weighs 4700 dry and 5500 loaded. This on a CAT scale. The loaded tongue weighs 575 pounds on a dedicated ground scale.

As to the gentleman that is looking at a Bigfoot 21rb his tongue...

Speaking from experience

I have no issues towing with my 17 canyon diesel before the WDH. Put one on and it is really rock solid. Thousands of miles towed from Colorado thru the southwest. Enjoy...
