Hi Daniel. I’m in the midst of a Trillium Reno, and used contact cement. So far it’s working great. I’d recommend using a heat gun or even a blow dryer to stretch it back into place.

Make sure you check the bolts on the frame. When I bought mine a few weeks ago, 3/4 had fallen out. Not something I ever would have thought to check!

No plywood replacement, just the old lino ripped up and put down some allure vinyl planks. Fortunately no rot on the floors.
A bit of old rot around the drivers side windows - gonna tackle that one...

Steam cleaner sounds interesting. I’ll try that before priming. I found barkeepers friend was OK, but got the best results (so far) with bleach based fantastik cleaner.
