I would look at two things maybe three that can possibly be the cause. First to check the acorn nuts in ceiling to see if you can spin them . If so replace the rivet the plastic base and snap cap....

I’m old school I remove the wheels and pack bearings old fashioned way . I use a putty knife reach into the Mobil 1 tube and pull
Out a wad of grease and hand pack the bearings .
