When you get the window from scamp. They need the size and when you get it you can use a router with a flush cut bit to trim it to the exact size.

While replacing my old scratched faded windows, I used the old windows to size the new windows and window rock guards. It was a lot of work and the uses of a laminate router and straight cutting bit....

Sounds like a great idea. I will try for sure. We tripped the whole inside to the glass and will install new insulation using 3m spray adhesive then brown upholstery over the instulation.
