Trillium window gaskets

Hi,
We have recently acquired a 1980 Trillium 1300 and have removed all windows.Replaced wood trim,seal tape and screws ,and reinstalled.
We haven't replaced rubber trim yet but,found some items...

Funny ….We decided we should make copies of our 1 and only Trillium key.
HD,Lowes Ace, didn't have the (Y4) blank. BTW .. Y4 key blank is an older key blank for the 400 series door lock...
