The previous owner of my scamp broke both ends of T-handle off the grey-water tank valve. It's pretty uncomfortable to grab it with my palm or two fingers.

The screws on the bottom terminals "ports" are both very rusty, so maybe that's the issue.

Maybe to troubleshoot this I should first see if the 12V...
