I use a Coleman Instastart Propane Skillet for almost everything.
A lot of stir frys, grilled sandwiches, sauteed vegetables with a marinated chop, steak, chicken pieces, even fish.

For the most part shore power doesn't change my cooking practices.
I do use some electric appliances a little, but without shore power I can run them either from my generator or 1500watt inverter....

I've almost totally gotten away from boiling food and mostly sautee and a little grilling. But your combination of ingredients is close to what I often use.

Not really. Almost any sandwich'll do well as long as you coat the iron with something, like spray oil, etc. Or coating the sandwich on both sides with butter before cooking makes a really rich...
