Again..these are good things to consider. Those axles from PA do work.. but require some cutting and extra framing.. You can not weld on the axle where the torsion fits together for fear of damage...

Yes I've decided that this is a complete strip down restore. Frame off windows out kinda restore. I did a temporary fix on the door hinge and it looks to me like any good flat marine grade 6" hinge...
