Thanks for the reply. I sewed a narrow seam along the top, then I used skinng rods to slide through, then slid them onto the trailer edging that supports an awning.

i HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A CANOPY FOR A 1979 BOLER TRAILER
FOUND THE SOLUTION, GOT A 10X12 TARP, PUT THE RODS THROUGH
AND IT WORKED WONERFUL. COST AROUND 40.00. i HAVE A PIC OF IT.40733

Hi thanks for the reply, it's the lid that is on top of the burners where the burners pop through. I have no lid on top.

:mad:does anyone know what paint to use to cover the lid of the stove? It was painted white, but I don"t think it is safe. unless It has to be sand blasted
