No power to Scamp wall outlet

I have a 2019 Scamp 13' Layout #1
I've been testing my systems and the 12V system works fine but I have no power to the single 120v wall outlet. I have checked the fuses and breakers and have the camper plugged into an outlet in the house. I read the owners manual but cannot figure out the problem.
I pulled the outlet out a bit and it is wired up, but no power.
Is there a switch to enable 120v power that I have not found yet? Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

The house outlet is GFI and had tripped when I plugged in the camper.

It would be a good idea to find out why the Scamp tripped the house GFCI. It shouldn't. Typical causes are a bad heating element in the refrigerator or, if you have one, the electric side of the water heater, or a bad converter.

Again, it is worth fixing the problem. While rare, there are campgrounds that have GFCI's on their 30 amp receptacles (as well as the 15 amp). A couple of Missouri State Parks I've stayed in had them.

I was thinking the same thing so I've been plugging and unplugging the scamp to the outlet to see if it would happen again. I hasn't happened again so I don't think it's the camper (thank goodness). Not sure why it happened but everything seems OK now. That outdoor plug is rarely used so maybe moisture or debris caused the problem.

Could also be the house GFI is getting to the end of it's useful lifespan.

You might also have nudged the TEST button on the GFI while plugging in. I've done it before, maybe more than once?

What got me was the amount of time I spent pulling out the outlet and testing the connections, etc. AND posting my question to the forum before ever thinking to check the GFI outlet...I think I had a senior moment...

I know this is an old post, but it needs a follow up post for people searching this problem. Tripping GFCIs was happening on some new Scamps and people were told not to plug into GFCI outlets. If they trip there IS a problem, and in this case it was sometimes the ground and neutral touching in the outlet box.
