1977 beachcomber roof sag

Hi everyone. I just purchased a 1977 beachcomber 15 Wondering what the best way to fix the roof sag. Previous owners put a large rooftop a/c unit that has caused some saging. I am removing the unit and replacing with the original vent but want to fix the saging and cracks before sealing everything back up.
