I have a 17' 1983
Fiber Stream fixer-upper. I have had it in my shop for the last 2 years and the
renovation has stalled. It's time for it to have a new home.
Here is what I know about it. It has a small bathroom with toilet/sink/shower, and has a galley kitchen with refrigerator/sink/oven. There is a small closet and some storage cabinets. The guy who
sold it to me said that the heater works, but the pilot
light won't stay lit. The water pumps work. The
refrigerator runs on electric or
propane. I've repaired some wood damage in the flooring and the frame supporting the
refrigerator. I have the cabinet doors off and have removed wall and ceiling panels. The benches are framed in. There is a collapsing dining table that can be stored in the closet. It has 2
propane tanks. The
tires and rims are original and in good shape. It can be towed as is.
I also have a bunch of stuff that I purchased for the
renovation that will be included with the purchase of the trailer. The items and price I paid are listed below.

Pictures show it when I first purchased it. Interior does not look like this now, but I want you to see what it was, and how it can look even better once finished.
