Parts and fixing up Trilliums

Hi, I am Amber and my husband and I recently purchased a 1974 Trillium. We are new to this and new to the community. The trailer is in pretty good shape but needs a few window glass replacements and also the stipping (not sure if this is the right word for it) inside the trailer along the ceiling and the walls. I am wondering if anyone can recommend a place to take it in for repairs and a check up in Calgary? Thanks!!

trillium repairs @ parts

Outback trailers is very close to you, they build brand new Trillium Outbacks, but also have a full resto shop for all vintage Triliums , Bolers and all 70's fibreglass trailers, they specialize in original and new style replacement parts as well.

Outback in Calgary is definitely one option. Of course you will be paying for someone to do the work. If part of your problem is the textured surface inside the trailer (AKA ensolite) separating from its backing, that may be worth spending the money on to get fixed. On the other hand, a sharp knife and some contact cement can work wonders with that stuff.

Also, these trailers are so simple that most work can be managed by anyone who is reasonably handy with a few tools. Use the search tool at the top of this forum page to look for your specific problem, and many potential solutions will present themselves.

You are also very lucky to Have David Tilson and several other members of this group in your neck of the woods. They are all very helpful, in any way that they can be! I'd be happy to help, too, but I'm in Edmonton - not as close as the others...

Have fun with it!
