1972 trillium . Interior foam damage

Hey people..just picked up a 72 trillium.. the interior foam liner is damaged in a few places. Was considering removing it all and re doing with hull liner . Anyone ever do this ? Or did you leave it on and put hull liner over it? Pics would be great..

We have a '73 and it had a few liner issues too - we used a heat gun and spray on glue to kinda stretch it back in a few places, then repainted the liner.

Removing it all is a lot of work. I'd focus on the known deficiencies of the Trillium first: body to frame bolts, hinge mounts, belly band and windows/window framing. When I got to the lining, I'd do as above.

If you are not aware of these issues, go to the Trillium section under manufacturers or google each one. Issues and repairs are very well documented.
