Question Perris Pacer Window needs help

Hello I have a 1981 13 foot Perris pacer. The large window is giving me problems as the Black felt that is inside the tracking canal where the window sits has deteriorated. I don’t know how to replace it? Been trying to take the glass out without taking the entire window with frame out and I can’t seem to find the solution. My windows will not close correctly and lock or open due to the felt that is deteriorated. Can you give me some suggestions please and what to do? Thank you so much.
