Burro Holding tank

My burro toilet lets on a fiberglass box. I need someone to please explain to me how the toilet waste is stored. Does all of the waste sit in the fiberglass box or is there suppose to be a tank under the trailer and perhaps I missing a piece of hose that brings the waste to the

That "fiberglass box" is in fact your black tank. It should be connected to a 3 inch drain underneath with a typical blade style valve and bayonet attachment for a drain hose. These small trailers don't have much of a black tank.
