17 ft boler

A friend of mine a member here has just purchased a 1977 17 ft boler and it does not look like most 17 fters I have seen . This looks like a stretched version of a 13 ft boler with the door placement different from the ones I have seen . I know the first 17 ft was built in Calgary but does anyone know if boler changed the mold From the first built 17 fters to later built 17fters.

We have a 1977 17ft Boler built in Calgary by Neonex which has the traditional layout and door placement.

Not the same . the trailer Is an exact 13 ft boler interior And exterior layout that has been stretched in the center . There is 3 feet added between the bed and kitchen. Neonex did build the 17 fters in Calgary ,this is built in Earlton and is badged as a 1300 on its ownership. I do think this may be a virgin prototype that may have been auctioned off after boler went bankrupt. The original owner is from Quebec very close to the Earlton plant .there is a photo on the boler trillium etc FB page

It does look very similar to a 16 ft Scamp and May have been prototyped to compete.this would of been beyond the ability for someone to have just bought a boler and cut it and Stretch it. This must of been a one or two off mold
