Question Boler water bulge inside trailer behind ensolite skin

Hey there! Just got my 74 Boler trailer a few weeks back.

We noticed a bulge in it but the seller felt there was air in there. Recently i poked it and felt ice in there - bit of a giveaway!

What might you recommend? Cut a slit, drain it, and somehow use some sort of adhesive to stick it back into place? Oh and try to find the source I assume....

Yes to all of your questions. Of course the first priority is to find and fix the source of the leak.

EDIT: Ensolite is an extremely durable, waterproof closed cell foam rubber material, so it holds water without leaking, without damage for years.

We had a blob like that in our 1977 Scamp.

I poked it with a nail to make a hole and let it drain.
It seemed to stick back in place on the first hot day as I pushed it back up.

It's been fine since we took out the old ceiling fan and replaced it and released that opening/connection.

We removed water with syringe, found leaking rivet replaced it then injected small amount of glue.
