Heard of rebadging? Here we have redating. And from a dealer so there's really no excuse for this "elastic" YOM. If you've always believed in ghostbuilders, here's your chance at "this year's edition" Sac City Burro. Down in the fine print it does mention that it's a rebuild so they get away with the "eyecatcher." No mention of title and the inside has that funereal gaity we're all looking for.

I see rebadging in my industry all of the time. I'd be particularly interested in seeing what Year of Manufacture is in the VIN... maybe he got Texas DMV to issue a new VIN?
On Ebay the seller indicated that there was nothing but a "metal plate on the axle indicating the axle was built by Henchen, Inc. in 1970 in Jackson Center, Ohio"
Henschen plate on axle says less than the molded door and the tail light nacelles. My 1998 Burro has a Henschen axle but of course the Sac City example is older. Henschen ceased operation in 2009. The only thing really notable about this trailer is that it's "born again."
