in my 97 CB model....
the taps are accessed by removing all the drawers and opening (or removing) the door at the bottom of cabinet.....it's a b***ch....you'll need a mirror....need to find/have the right tool that's gonna fit.....and LOTS of patience
really when you come to think of it...it's only one measure more than working under a sink in your house.....same thing kinda....just on "the next level" up on the frustration scale....

should add....
that I have not worked on the taps themselves....just did some crawling/working under there to install an outside 12V plug....
maybe somebody has a good "trick" ....like removing the sink first or something....good luck

On my 1988, I was able to replace the faucet and drain tube, and install an in-line bio filter without removing anything, just opening the small door next to the furnace and accessing from underneath. I did have to take out the two bottom drawers to install the filter unit. The problem is that most of the work had to be done one-handed and mostly by feel. Change of design from 1988 to 1990?

I changed the faucet on my 94 17CB. and took the sink out. A real PAIN, but easiest way. I had to change some fittings and added a soap dispenser.

Are you asking about the drain or supply lines? May make a difference with an answer.

A basin wrench will turn them for you.

Pull the stove/oven. Six screws and disconnect gas line.
Takes 10 minutes tops.

I agree with Mike, remove the oven. Two wrenches required to undo the propane fitting.
