25' rear queen bigfoot for sale
Hi Steve from Astoria with some questions. What is the weight for this trailer?
Will my Ram 1500 5.7Hemi tow it? How do I get a hold of you if I want to see it?
You could email me at stevesiler49@hotmail.com.
Thanks Steve

Steve,
We have a 2003 that should be just about identical to yours. Bigfoot puts dry weight at 5,297 lb, that's with no gas in tanks, no water or other "liquids", etc. Loaded down for travel, I figure about 6,700 lb (including full gas tanks, full freshwater tank, and some additional drinking water, along with food, clothes, tools, etc.). A lot of people think the manufacturers weights are way off. I haven't weighed ours (yet), so you have to take my estimates with a grain of salt.
We pull ours with a Toyota Tundra 4X4 Crewcab, 5.7 liter engine. Works fine, though you definitely slow down on real steep climbs; worst we experienced was the Teton Pass, coming out of Jackson Hole WY.
Attached is a photo of the weight sticker found inside of the closet. There should be one like it in the trailer you are looking at.

heh, 7000 lbs. so thats 700-1100 lbs tongue weight. a WDH would be mandatory with most any vehicle.
My F250 diesel would tow that easily. kinda too bad we just bought an escape 21 (and still haven't sold our Casita 16, ahahhaha), but really, I think for our uses, a 25 is just too big.

25 fot Bigfoot
Didn't you list this trailer before and it has a "rebuilt/restructured" title on it due to a previous accident? Maybe I am thinking of another?

Nope, this has a clean title, great condition, no history of damage. We did sell a 21 ft front bed a few years ago, also a clean title. Must have been another...
