thanks for the imfo Rob. Not into the budget of new frame so it will just be a new axle. 99% of the time its just me in the trailer so no reason to go overboard. If and when I sell it I will let the new owner do major upgrades

I painted mine yesterday with Interlux topside paint and I am super happy with the results, but I think I have to give it another coat.

How many coats of paint did you put on?

Hey Rob,

Really like the frame you built. I've looked at a few on the forum and yours is the one I'd like to put under my 72 Boler. I just bought it this month and its still stored in Langley for me for a couple weeks. Any chance you have plans or dimensions you might be willing to share? My Boler is a going to be a complete rebuild/restoration. It is in very sad shape, but I wanted one cheap and a project, I sure got what I asked for! I joined fiberglassrv a while back but haven't posted yet. When I get it home I'll take more pics, pull all the cushions, parts etc out and start to gut it.
Cheers,
Randy

Hey there.. I have no plans for the frame.. and just winged it. I could do some measurements for you.. There's quite a bit more steel in my frame then the one I removed, and yet I only added 100 lbs to the weight. I was lucky to have gotten the free Coleman tent trailer as a donor for the main frame parts.. And Princess Auto had the rest. Did you read my blog ?

She's a cutie Rob, if she's like my girls were at that age, she's thinking this is her new playhouse .

Curious about the table. What is it made of and what kind of finish? Looks great!

The table is the original molded fiberglass.. with the orange? gelcoat finish. I little bit of a sag but still works good.

The trailer is 100% finished now with all new cushions.. and made the 10 hr trip back to Edmonton to it's new home.. i'm buying another one as I write this.
