Camper is a shoe company! My guess is that there is no connection between the English word "camper" and this Spanish name.
Two-wheeled two-track vehicles like this have been proposed for a long time, often with some sort of gyroscope suggested to fix the obvious problem of staying upright. They make interesting design challenges, but I have yet to see a useful application. Two-wheeled
trailers, of course, work because they are supported at the hitch.
