Washing the Top of the Scamp 5th Wheel

I was wondering how to clean the top of our 5th Wheel Scamp. Then I found this midget to do it who use to be a director of safety who told me there was not safety violation bacause there was three points of balance and his foot convered "this is not a step". This picture was taken after he was standing on the ladder in the back of the truck.

When i owned a Scamp 5er i got one of those long handled car wash brushes that extend...
but still had to stand on a ladder.... its probably the best and safest way to wash the top....

Hubby used a ladder and long handled brush to wash the top of our Scamp 5th wheel. You can also reach the upper roof by standing on the bed and opening the hatch. Since I'm short I had to stand on a wooden box for added height and reach. I washed, waxed, and replaced buttons from that location. You also get a different view from up there!

Cyndi,

I meant standing on the bed and box and leaning out of the hatch at my waist. No way would I get on the roof! Wouldn't need the camper after that fall!
