Bama, If you don't mind me asking, what's the actual measured interior width of the Lil' Snoozy's rear entry door - side-to-side, door sill to door sill. Some photos make it look extra wide, some not so much. I'm just wondering how large of a something can be passed through the door opening. Thanks, Dale

Thanks, Bama. That's a nice wide door for getting a big cooler, bicycle, kayak, etc., in and out!

I admire those AU/UA "mixed marriages"! We live in Notasulga, a really small, rural community about 20 miles west of Auburn (toward Montgomery). I've taught at Auburn for a little over 30 years, and my wife has two degrees from Auburn and also teaches here now, so we wear a lot of orange and blue inside and out. I'm really hoping Auburn and Alabama can both stay undefeated until the Iron Bowl this year. The atmosphere in those "winner take all" in-state rivalry games is pure electricity! Best of luck against West Virginia this Saturday! And thanks again for the info.... Dale

Whatever the outcome, FSU will be here to take on the winner. Seriously, we just spent a week in three Alabama State Parks. It was a fun trip and we are looking forward to coming back. One of them was Chewacla, just 10 miles from Auburn U. I made sure to wear one of my FSU T shirts while there. Go Noles!

Hey Tim, We enjoy day trips to Chewacla Park - very dog friendly. Just from looking at it, I've not been impressed with their RV camp site compared to other State Parks in Alabama (how was your experience there?), but we have friends come in and stay at the little rental cabins along Lake Chewacla, and they are really nice. What other Alabama Parks did you visit, and how were they?

When it comes to college football - hope springs eternal! Best of luck, and we'll see what four schools are still standing at the end for the new playoff series! Should be another fun Fall of "what ifs" and "shoulda beens!! Dale

Bama, instead of selling the Snoozy, maybe you just need to buy a camper (maybe popup camper?) to mount on the pickup. That would give you the extra space when you take family members, and you can offload the camper & leave it home when you and Darlene travel by yourselves.
