Uhaul camper pictures on sides of Uhaul trucks

Recently, Uhaul company has taken an interest in their campers and invited us to submit pictures of our campers to them for use on the sides of their trucks. Many of us have done that, and Kevin and I stopped at one of the dealerships (Kalamazoo, MI) that had a truck with one of the pictures of our camper on the side (They have selected 8 of our pictures.). They were so excited at the dealershop to actually see a camper that they dragged every employee out of that large complex and posed them beside the camper for pictures. While the truck was out for rental, the manager promised to take pictures of it and text them to us when the truck was returned. Here, then, are the pictures she took. Our camper is in a closeup of one, within the state of Virginia.

Great Pics

Less than 30 minutes after I read this I was outside working on my FGRV and a U-HAUL truck with the same graphics drove by. I got to see your pic as they stopped at the stop sign next to my house.

Cool! This particular picture is in 14 states. Others are only in 1 state or have been selected but not placed yet. The manager of the dealership was going to send in the one of her that was taken in front of our camper.

This whole thing began when Uhaul bought back one of their CTs this summer. Two Uhaul employees camped in it from MN to AZ, took pix, and came to the Uhaul Facebook page and invited the rest of us to submit. They held a contest for photos. Ours did not win, but they are still putting 8 of our VT pix on trucks.

Keep in mind that the U-HAUL truck that is on the east coast today can be on the west coast next week. They will soon get around to everyone.

We are stopping at the dealership today again to see if we can see the truck ourselves.
They also used 6 other pictures of our camper for their trucks. I will be looking closely at Uhaul trucks from now on.
