Welcome, Owen. If you're patient you should have no problem finding one up there near the Land of Scamp in whatever condition suits your skill level. Beware of viewing a project as a way to save money, though. Even discounting your own labor, in the long run it is often cheaper to buy a better unit to start with.

You might also consider Bolers and Trilliums from across the border. Over 25 years old is no problem to import, provided the seller has proper Canadian registration papers.

You might want to consider a 16ft. I have a deluxe 16ft 2007 with side dinette that has been used 18 nights. Good luck in your hunt.
