I just saw this and I don't know anything about this government auction website but maybe someone is interested here. Looks pretty rough.

I bid on some of these government owned Casitas about 8 years ago. The ones I bid on were, at best, equal to the condition of this one or possibly even worse. Unfortunately the bidding got WAAAAAY out of hand. I dropped out when they were bidding 5k and 6k for units with big cracks and missing components. If you decide to bid good luck.

For anyones interest there is a Casita needing work listed here. The trailer is in Kansas City I am interested but at 78 I doubt if I would complete it.

Then with needed work and parts at $4000.00 will you come out?

Considering that similar units in good shape sell for at least 2 times the money and this was an interesting floor plan with bunk beds and a bathroom, do you think the buyer got a good deal?
