Selling our Casita

We purchased a 17’ 2020 Spirit Standard earlier this year.

All available options were purchased except for cable readiness. 24” smart TV will come included. Furnace and AC. Larger fresh water tank. Zamp port with suitcase solar.

After market tinting.

Do you think we will have a hard time selling?

Looking to upgrade to an Escape 5.0.

We are located just North of Chicago IL

Hard time selling? I'm surprised it's lasted this long. I'm sure that once a few people see this, your phone will be ringing off the hook.

Should take about An hour. Ask what you have in it
Plus about $500 so you can come down and make the buyer feel like they got a
deal.

Is it a standard as in no bathroom, otherwise it is a deluxe?
The standards tend to be more of a niche market so it could take a little longer to hook up with the buyer looking for that specific model but also they are harder to find used so could work to your benefit

If it were the Deluxe, it would sell in a couple of hours if a realistic price. The standard will take longer, maybe a week max. If it takes any longer price could be an impediment.

Casita 17

We would be very interested in your 2020 Casita. Could you share the list of options you added and whether or not this is the standard or deluxe, 17A or 17B layout? We live in northwest Wisconsin and Chicago is only 5 hours drive for us. Is it on order or have you taken delivery?

Whoops!

Dear Brittany,
I am so sorry about that last reply. I am confusing my Escapes with my Casitas so please disregard the 17A and 17B confusion. I understand that it is a Standard model and I am still very interested in the camper, the list of specific options chosen, and the asking price. I would also be interested in getting in touch with you when you are ready to talk to potential buyers.
Best, Don Mowry
