Smile HI Casita Family

Hi I am a new member and bought my Casita Spirit Deluxe in October and love it. I traveled from St. Ignace Michigan where I purchased the Casita and drove it home along with my 2 pitties and 1 cat to Mount Vernon Washington. Great experience. I'm looking forward to being a part of this family. Thank you! Christina

Welcome! Would love to see pics of the pitties.
Here's mine in my Casita Independence after a rough day of hiking.

You may want to join the Casitaforum.com (https://www.casitaforum.com/invboard/), for more news and tips just about your Casita and the owner of the forum is a Casita owner himself.

Many of us in the snow belt are semi-hibernating, so don't fret the lack of activity on-line.

Hi to new Casita owner

Hi, welcome to an extended family. I don't know if you traveled US 2 all the way from the UP side of the bridge to Everett, WA. I have been at both ends and had a boat in Skyline harbor in the 90's near Anacortes. I have a '99 SD 17 that I have personalized to set up with 2 cots and a pop up table toward the back. This arrangement solves the getting up at night having to crawl over for bathroom trips problem.
Doing that the bathroom door can open fully but there is interference getting into the freezer section of the fridge...for me a small price to pay.
We moved from Washington to Florida in 2000 and I found this site in 2001. Wanted a Casita for years but finally bought in 2018. It had been to Alaska and on the way home I checked the hubs every 50 miles or so finding one side hotter than the other. A good thing to do, have all that fixed and it is a wonderful trailer. When I travel I always know who slept in the bed last night.
