ROUND RED RUNNING LIGHTS for '85 Burro

Greetings to ya'll, We are looking for the red round rear running lights for our '85 Burro. Would like to find replacement lenses however we have been unsuccessful finding them as they are 2 1/4". SOO, my question is what have people found in their replacing the red lenses if any? We found some 2"
and 2 1/2" LEDs that may work however they are the replaceable 2-prong configuration used on trucks and trailers. Has anyone experienced anything with these? Do you redo the wiring to make them work? Sure would like hearing from some of you out there that have found replacement running lights for your adorabel Burros. Thank You, raven

We replaced our lights with new that look similar as size had changed. Had to fill one of the holes and drill over 1/4" our lights are different but the problem is similar.

thank you, we are hoping not not to redrill however that may be the way we have to go with replacing the lights. Still hoping for a nice replacement :-)

:check Walmart they carry a round taillight like that not sure if the size is same, as I used them on my 1963 Studebaker PU, sorry I no longer have the truck so cannot measure them for you. My pickup was a Champ and Studebaker I think Carries them now, you will have to shop for a dealler.
