I did go and see it and really liked it, its just a bit big for my
weight allotment - The seller was very nice and had it weighed it for me - 2280 lbs (with
awning, spare screen room! two
propane tanks.
It has a super extra bunk above the dinette and a little closet bathroom, bring your own supplies. Very roomy, you could tear out the closet and build.. a dance floor!
