1700 Boler SG Windows

Hello everyone!

I know this question has been beat to death and I have read a lot of good answers but there is one seal that I can't find anything about (or I am completely blind lol). We just upgraded from our 13' to a 17' SG and found out from last nights lengthy rain that a lot of our windows leak. I see we need to remove them and put new butyl tape on and also use Pelland H009-344-19 for glazing seals (thanks Lisa and John in Michigan), but where do you get the fuzzy seal for the slider windows? The Side Gaucho has all slider windows and most of my seals are in poor condition. Any info would be greatly appreciated or if you have replaced yours please share your experience.

Tyler, where exactly is water coming in through your sliding windows? When we did leak testing and also when we observed leaking during rainstorms, we saw water coming in:

- between the frame and the ensolite covered wall (required removing and resealing the entire window)
- overflowing the tracks (required cleaning/flushing under the tracks and clearing the weep holes)
- through the edges of the glass pane (required removing and resetting the glass pane)
- at the factory seams in the frame (required applying permanent sealant)

We had a combination of window and rivet leaks. Weirs had to be cleaned out and under track for flow.

Windows need rebedding now did one yesterday and did one today. Need more tape to continue fixing.
Damage was done on prior work before we got the trailer due to using some screws too long and a couple just not into the track properly and then using only correct size 1/2" #10 screws.

Window glazing seals all replaced 2 years ago leaked at corner gaps. We have replaced a cracked glass pane last year still have one pane to replace bb hole did not see it happen.

Currently trying to find the correct boler jalousie window seals that match our model and a pin for the window.
Closed end marine rivets by Stanley are being used required a pop rivet gun upgrade to use them. Have aluminum with steal and with aluminum mandrill in different sizes. The stainless are not being used. Part of the problem was finding source we could buy the smaller quantities we required.
