19' Scamp Drill Powered Landing Gear

I have a 1987 19' Scamp.
The landing gear has been replaced and I want to buy another crank to make a drill powered crank.
The diameter of the crank where it meets the landing gear is 3/4" what brand is the gear so I can get the correct fitting?

Is there a cheaper or easier way to make my powered crank.

I find that a nut driver in a battery operated drill works really well.

I got a piece of 1/2" rod, a 1/2" ID X 3/4OD X 2" bushing. Drill and pin the bushing about 1" on the rod and cut a slot in the end of the bushing. Any 1/2" cordless drill should work. I use a Porter Cable w/2speed switch.

Ditto. My Bigfoot has 4 jacks and a 2nd hand store battery power drill and nut driver do the trick. If I'm boondocking ie w/o 110v for re charging I'll pack a 2nd charged battery. Don't throw away your crank. Poop happens!
I also keep a big piece of cardboard or short length of old carpet to lie down on with jacking up.

The best way is to install a 5th wheel landing gear motor. I put one on my Scamp 19 and it worked great.

All you have to do is go to Walmart and find the 3/4" trailer jack nut driver in the RV section, for about 5 bucks. Or go to Amazon. Then get a battery drill and you are done. Riobi from Home Depot makes very cheap and durable kits with the drill, the charger, a battery or two and a soft case. Then drop in a drill index and possibly a Riobi flashlight, and suddenly you can fix all kinds of things and run the jacks at night. BTW, if you use an impact driver, you'll likely twist off the crank pin, or shatter a gear. Just use the drill. There is no need to reinvent the wheel or manufacture anything.

I did this. I took a hex shanked 3/8" socket adapter and had my welding guy weld the adapter to a piece of metal rod. Works great off my cordless impact driver.
Except now, the metal rod is stuck.. hahaha

Fine for some jacks, but the majority of scissor jacks made require a 3/4" hex head wrench or socket to run them up and down. The 'T" slot fitting one doesn't work on most of them.

While the Scamp19 has stabilizers built into the rear bumper, I installed sissor jacks, which will steady the camper much better. And I use the same drill, with another hex shanked 3/8 inch socket adapter and a spark plug socket to 'speed' lower and raise the jacks.
