Loose Door Hinges on Trillium

How can I repair edge of door where the hinges are attached? The screw holes are loose.

How to reinforce? Any products out there?

I would fill the hole with a mixture of white glue and saw dust, or a wood match stick, (not the hot end)

I would use an epoxy adhesive to redo the holes. Do a little research and you will find certain epoxies get hard enough to machine. Something like JB Weld or Loctite.

I just did that on my Trillium. I used hardwood splints and fibreglass resin. I cleaned up the hole a bit, then got some hardwood and split it into pieces that would fit into the holes. I dipped the sticks in some resin and tapped them into the holes. 24 hours later everything was solid. I trimmed and sanded and then drilled new holes for the door. It fits like it's 10 years old instead of 40.
