Axel replacement 73 Boler 1300

So I have looked everywhere for a manufacturer that has the part number for a replacement axel with electric brakes. I feel like
I’m running in circles. I have found the website for the dexter axel… any help is much appreciated and helpful for my sanity, what’s left of it…

I used Canadian Axle and got a Flexiride with electric brakes for my Scamp 13'
I think a Boler 1300 is similar.

If you want to go the Canadian/Flexiride way, let me know and I'll post what I know about the process. It was simple and was FAR less expensive than getting a Dexter built and shipped partly due to the Canadian<->USA dollar conversion rate. Also, No one could build me a Dexter for like 4 months, and Canadian Axle had it on my doorstep in two weeks.

Yes that would be great. To get the info for them and see what you have done… always good to see what someone else has done.

I replied to your PM, but I can't make attachments, so here is the build sheet for my Scamp 13'

NOTE: I updated to have them build a 5 on 4.5 axle instead of this 4 on 4.5.

Of course you'll need to measure YOUR camper and not use my measurements.

Cost in April 2021 was CAN$500 for the axle+brakes, CAN$220 shipping and CAN$30 for brackets.

My <mostly> local welding shop charged something like US$1,800 to chop the old one out, add better reinforcements to the 4" lift someone else installed, weld n the new axle, remove and replace the coupler and add chains.
