1978 Boler Restoration Restarted

I will be reinstalling the Belly Band on our Bolder 13 next week. Are rivets from the top the way the Belly Band is attached? How have others reattached their Belly Bands?

We installed the Rflextic's and the Hulliner fabric over the last week.

It has been a while since I have given any updates. The reno of our 1978 Boler (Bolina) is almost complete. We plan to take her on our first trip over Memorial Day weekend.
