Installing new 7-pin cable on Casita SD

Hello FGRV,

I need some help locating where on a Casita SD I can install a new 7-pin cable. I see the wire clamp on the trailer but don't see any access box underneath. My Casita has a front mounted AC which would be just over that clamp. Before I tear the closet/AC area apart in search of it, is there a better/easier solution I'm not seeing? Thanks

Get a weather proof J box and mount it on the tongue. Use the existing wiring to the J box. May sellers on ebay sell 7 pin plugs with a j box.

I used a junction box on the tongue when I installed a coiled cord on our Casita SD. Had to use some sealer on the box because I found water could get in it.

The gaskets on WP junction boxes usually do a better job of keeping water in then keeping water out . When we installed WP junction boxes we found that drilling some small drain holes in the bottom of the box worked the best
