Tire pressure

I have a Scamp 13 with Carlisle D tires. I run them at 55 psi and this works well for me. I always check both hub and tire sidewall temp at gas stops and they run cool to the touch.

Dittto.. Carlise's response is worth the paper it is written on, and that only assuming that you read it on a PC or tablet and don't hit the print button. In other words, useless.
I run my Carlise LR D tires (max 65 PSI) at 60 PSI all the time and the temp reading on the TPMS is fine. 50 or 55 might be OK but with a good axle I don't see much bouncing even at 60 PSI.

Can't tell you the tongue weight. Steer Axle: 2920 lbs, Drive Axle: 2960 lbs, and Trailer Axle: 2800 lbs, for a gross weight of 8680 lbs.

The D Range is likely better suited to a Scamp 5th wheel or similar.
