Second trip with the Acorn

Just got back from our second trip with the Acorn. We went to Point Beach State Park - just north of Two Rivers, WI on the Lake Michigan shore. The park is beautiful - miles of beach to walk on, miles of walking and bicycle trails, the campground is really nice - the sites are shady to partially shady, and the ecosystem is so interesting. Beachfront, shady, piney woods, and wetlands. There's a lighthouse there as well. I'd HIGHLY recommend this park - I'm sure we'll be returning next year.

Point Beach, Wisconsin on the shore of Lake Michigan: Lovely beach, lovely campground, nice facilities, great hiking trails. Highly recommended

Oooooo.. Point Beach State Park is on my short list of WI state parks to camp at. When you get a chance for those photos... please share!

Also, I think you and I will need to get together. Both of us having FGRVs and Beagles... We need to let our beaglies play.
