I have been e-mailing about this Apeco trailer.
It is still available, and I think a little more than
I wish to take on right now, although a good looking
platform for the right person.

They just want it gone now, and are literally accepting
offers.

Looks like a door is required. Three sinks? What is with all the cross bracing, but no support for the roof?

A part of me, (which I am currently restraining) would love to go pick it up. The far more rational part of me is thinking this is years worth of work.

Lol, I understand your hesitation.
The 3 sinks do NOT go with the trailer,
for a house.
I have no idea about the bracing, or if they are just 2 x 4's
inside?
Although, based on the pics from the Popular Mechanics, as above,
it was certainly ahead of it's time, with the Toy Hauler/ screen room, fold down ramp.
It certainly has promise!

It would be great to have a trailer that looks like a shuttlecraft... even more so than the Snoozy, IMO. However, this one does not appear to need mere TLC. It looks like it needs to be in intensive care!

It's in no worse shape than the Amerigo I just got is. Total gut job. At least the gutting largely appears to have already been done - that's a major bonus. Ad says a fair amount of work already done (hopefully well). Sometimes there's advantages to something like this - you get to make it all your own.

If I didn't have a half-deconstructed Amerigo in the driveway, I'd go for it. I love the front end windows on that thing!

The fold-down rear offers all sorts of fun possibilities: Porch (or originally), little toy hauler, hybrid (add a bed into it). . .

Does it have a metal roof? I missed that. That wouldn't deter me...

Truth is, if it wasn't so far away I'd have jumped on it myself, even though it goes against my "one is enough" philosophy. I'm really likin' the "partydeck" dropdown there at the rear!
