Looking good. What glue did you end up using? I used 3M 777 glue and it is holding the insulation well but has let go in a few areas so re-glued in the fall and will see what it is like in the spring when I am ready to finish the interior. I still have no clue as to what to cover the Reflectix with. I am not a big fan of Rat Fur or Hulliner.

Got the ceiling in today. Tried out a number of adhesives and went with the one that seemed to hold the best. Hopefully we don't wake up to a ceiling on the floor

If the faux tin ceiling doesn't work out, looks like it'll be hulliner on the ceiling.

Thanks. Rick, we used 3M-90 for the insulation and hulliner. We used E-6000 (tubes, not spray)for the faux tin tiles on the ceiling. The E-6000 does come in a pump style spray form, but for some reason, doesn't seem to work well.

I don't mind the the short pile hulliner for the walls, but wasn't keen on it for the ceiling. Hulliner will be a "fallback" for the ceiling, but still open to alternatives for the ceiling.

Thanks!
Making a new table today. Reducing the table size, rounding all the corners and turning it into a "freestanding" table that can be used inside or outside, double duty We'll use a small 11" x 31" laminated modified extension to add to the tabletop for nighttime/sleeping use, it'll be stored in one of the benches when not in use. The smaller size table will give us a little more space within the cabin during the day.

Took a chance and purchased "Porto Leggs," actually sturdy especially with the smaller table, a surprise.

table

New smaller laminate tabletop and removable extension (which will be stored in one of the benches when not in use). Just need to put black T-molding around the perimeters, ran out of daylight

Next, need to laminate wooden bench(4) inserts.

New, smaller table complete. The small extension we will use at night.
"Check," one more thing off the list, the never ending list

wallbase

Back rubber wallbase (easy wipe surface) that we trimmed down; it was a little bit too wide for the proportions of the camper.
Installed around the perimeter of the flooring.

New entrance door hinge plates. There was just a bolt there before, hanging on for dear life.

paint

Preparing the egg for paint. Sanding off the old stripes, etc.... As you can see, someone didn't "color in the lines."
Also, some of the stripes were brown, some were red.

Thank you Cathy
My husband and I have been having a good time (a little stressful at times) with this project. Have always wanted to do something like this, now we have. (and we didn't end up killing each other LOL!)

outdoor side table

Had this little medallion in the garage, bought some legs at the swap meet for $3 and thought to myself, why not make a small side table.
Just need to paint the legs black. Was going to make something, but this was easier.
Just attach and go....

Should be perfect to hold a couple of cocktails

door trim

Installing new door trim and rubber door gasket ordered from Scamp.
We ordered the "trim" to go around the door, didn't fit, but worked perfectly around the door threshold perimeter. Our door was too thick for the trim.
