Perris Pacer floor

I looked at a 1988 Perris Pacer today. The floor has water damage from a damaged roof vent that has since been replaced. Looking over the Pacer, it looks like it’s built differently from a Scamp. The entire bottom of the trailer is fiberglass and the furniture appears to be glasses into place. What would be involved in replacing the floor? Are they glasses to the bottom of the trailer?

Any advice would be appreciated!
