SOLD 70's 13' Boler, solid frame & shell

We inherited this from my in-laws a couple years ago & it's the trailer my wife grew up with. But after using it a bit we decided we needed a bigger bed & a toilet, so we ended up with a used 17' Casita when I found a good deal on one.

Layout is pretty much the same as the 13' Scamp layout 1. https://www.scamptrailers.com/showro...pped_rev_2_633

Frame & shell are in good shape, but it could really use a remodel. It tows great & can be moved around by hand. Back in the day my wife apparently towed it with a Geo Tracker a bit if you remember how tiny & under-powered those things were. I replaced all the wiring for the signal lights before we pulled it home to Colorado from Indiana. It towed well on that trip 2-3 years ago & has been stored indoors since.
  • No water tanks (garden hose in & out only)
  • Wired for shore power only (no battery, but I think it has an older converter under the sink)
  • I removed the non-functioning fridge (still have it if your interested)
  • Comes with a porta potty that fits under the bed or in the closet
  • Brace on the ceiling should probably be re-mounted (some leakage there I think)
  • I did a poor job of replacing the rubber seal around the front & rear windows & they still seep a bit
  • Original cushions are in decent shape, but the wife started making new ones. You can have the foam cores for the new ones if you want them.
  • New gas stove
  • I can throw in a propane tank & there is the mounting bracket for it. But I removed the old regulator & lines as they were kind of sketchy. I think water got in one of the & froze

We have the title signed over by my father-in-law. It's still registered in Indiana with current plates. Finally dug up the title & it's listed as a 1972 that my in-laws acquired in 1995.

Let me know if you have any questions or want any more info about it. Cash only in person. We are located in Parker, CO. About half an hour from Denver. Asking $4,000 or best offer. PM me with your contact info and any questions or whatever you might have.

I am interested in your Boler. Is it still available.? If so, can you tell me the overall height? We are hoping to store it in our garage.

As best I can tell there is 28" of clearance to the bottom of the rafters (9') in my barn. So 80" or just over 6.5'. But that was me trying to measure a round object with a tape measure. Can try & rig up something more accurate if need be.

Can't believe this hasn't sold yet. If I was closer, I would have it in my carport right now.

Well it looks like anybody else interested in it will have to talk with Kathy B. She looked pretty happy when she drove off with it yesterday, doubt she'll want to part with it.

Good for buyer, good for seller!

Vintage Bolers are great. If it was closer, I would have grabbed it myself.
