Ceiling Sagging...but don't want to remove panels

Hello again!

I have been working on my trailer this weekend and the plan was to put up new wall panels tomorrow however, I noticed my ceiling is sagging slightly on the right front side where the upper cabinets above the kitchen used to be.

Not sure if this happened as a result of me pulling those cabinets down too eagerly or if the ceiling was sagging before and I just didn't notice. I unscrewed the one ceiling panel to see if I could pull it off and look at what is happening behind however it did not want to come easily and I didn't want to damage the fiberglass by forcing it off.

So my question is, can I reinforce the ceiling in way without removing the panels? I know a couple of people have used aluminum strapping or re-framed the ceiling but if there is a way to do this without removing anything that would be amazing.

And if that is a pipe dream, what are the suggestions on taking the panels down without damaging the fiberglass above??

I should also mention that I plan on cutting out a large opening on that side (opposite the door) so I can't really attach anything to that wall .

Can you post a few photos of the area of the sagging ceiling panels? Whether the panels are the fabric headliner or vinyl elephant skin, they could have come loose when removing the upper cabinets or simply as a result of gravity and age. However, you can reattach them using a heavy duty spray glue. Don’t use a light duty crafting type. Be sure to follow directions on the package and protect the surrounding areas. Ventilator recommended too.
