Advice on Burro 17

I am going to look at a Burro 17 wide body. Moma wants a bathroom! What should I look out for? Are there any common problems with that model I need to be aware of? Axel, floor, frame, windows?
Thanks for the help!!!!!
Jason

To far away! I'm in New York. That is unless shipping/delivery is free!

I think the door often leaks at the top, so check for any floor rot near there. A drip rail can be added over the door.
