Camper has been carport kept and is in good condition. It has a leak at the roof vent, some age spots on interior fiberglass shell, and some vibration spider cracks on exterior shell. All cushions are firm and upholstery is in great shape. Please reply with your questions. Thanks!

Elaine, the stated weight of 3500lb. is the maximum weight capacity of the axle and tires rather than the actual curb weight of the trailer. IIRC, the dry weight of the 17WB was 2000lb. The loaded to camp weight of this trailer is very likely at least 2800lb. And perhaps as great as 3000 lb. Burros don't come much newer as the last were built in 2001-2. If you found one with an appreciably lighter dry or loaded weight, it was probably a 14' rather than 17' wide body.
Elaine, this example should be relatively light by comparison to one with air conditioner, electric water pump, water heater, plumbed bath, black tank, and furnace. Ice box may save some weight against 3-way fridge equipped. My weight estimate may be too high. Nice rig for those who desire to keep it simple.
