Lil burro: Need help finding the VIN

I'm looking for the Vin on a 13 ft lil burro I have look on tongue, the bumper inside outside I can't find it . Can anyone point me to the spot. Thx

I had to find one on my Scamp it was on the front of the frame and I had to use a wire brush to uncover it. It was on the inside of the frame on the passenger side right by the propane tank . Someone had painted over it. It became obvious after I used the brush.

82 Burro. 13ft
Streetside just front of the cross bars as indicated in the link above. I saw it when I stripped the old paint on the frame. It's almost invisible when painted over.
