Connecting 12 V Battery to tongue of 77 Trillium

Looking for help on the wiring for a 77 Trillium. I currently have a 7 pin plug at front of the trailer. I am mounting the 12V battery and wondering can I connect to that plug? Or do I need to run a separate wire from battery to inside of trailer. This has been mentioned before I am sure but everyone,s scenario is a bit different. Any pics would help as well. Looking where to connect in the trailer or outside if that is easier. Hopefully the car charges the battery as we drive as well.
Thanks for the help

what size trillium? does it have a converter?
pictures of your set-up?
look under your benches for a spot where it might connect

Short answer, YES if you have a power control center. Long answer check the wiring diagram over in the document center.

I put a seven pin connector on my 1977 1300 and added a battery on the tongue. More info over on my FB page.
