Hi I'm Catherine & looking for Uhaul bunk bed hinge!

I just purchased a 1985 Uhaul ct13 which is the dream camper for me and my two kids but the only issue is that the one I'm looking at is missing the bunk bed.

I couldn't find the bunk bed pdf everyone talked about and I see that getting a offset piano hinge may be difficult.

If anyone has the pdf, or wants to sell their hinge please let me know!!

Hope your Uhaul doesn't turn into a nightmare like ours did (since sold). The fiberglass hump in the front that held the hinge was missing on ours. I had a hinge at one time but sold off all my parts after selling the trailer. Go to the document center, scroll all the way down to trailer manufacturers and click on Uhaul to get the bunk bed info. Good info there, and there was a good Facebook group where you can find lots of info.

They are old poorly designed campers in my opinion. Many proprietary parts unique to them and no longer available. Many typical problems that I took care of over time, tail light problems, leaks at the windows, frame rot. I got it in pretty good shape eventually but then a Casita 17 was offered to us at a real good price so we moved up to that. Kept the Uhaul for another year and decided we didn't need both so sold it. The Uhaul Facebook group has a list of all the typical problems that most people aren't aware of.
